Executive Assistant To DirectorJob SummaryThe Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the efficient operation of the Director's office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Director.Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and special events.Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic projects and initiatives.Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and manage administrative budgets as required.Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.Handle office administration tasks and provide support for executive operations.Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.Key CompetenciesExecutive supportTime managementCommunication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and planning skillsAttention to detailConfidentiality and discretionProblem-solvingAdaptability and flexibilityProject coordinationProfessionalismSkills: administrative,executive support,confidentiality,communication,travel
