Executive Assistant to FounderLocation: Regent's Park, LondonEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: £40,000 - £50,000About the RoleWe are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a founder operating through Mavencorp Capital, his family office, and its venture VIXII, a UK-based, lab-grown Polki demi-fine jewellery brand.This is a fast-moving, dynamic role where no two days look the same. The right candidate must be genuinely comfortable with ambiguity and rapid shifts in priority. You will serve as the first point of contact for the founder's schedule, communications, and day-to-day operations across both Maven Corp and VIXII, working closely with senior team members across the business.What You'll Actually Be DoingCalendar Management: Managing a complex, shifting calendar across Mavencorp Capital and VIXII, spanning multiple time zones (UK, India, UAE).Gatekeeping: Acting as the first responder for emails, calls, and messages, triaging what requires immediate attention versus what can wait.Logistics & Travel: Coordinating complex travel, logistics, and meetings, frequently at short notice.Cross-Functional Liaison: Communicating with team members across VIXII to keep projects moving seamlessly without needing explicit instructions.Hybrid Administration: Handling both business and personal admin as needed (this is a true founder-support role, not a standard 9-to-5 corporate position).Preparation: Drafting briefing notes, documents, and correspondence.Confidentiality: Managing highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.Proactive Support: Anticipating the founder's needs before being asked.What We Need From YouExperience: Proven EA or PA experience supporting a senior executive or founder, ideally within a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.Availability: Genuinely fast, reliable responsiveness, including outside standard hours when something is time-sensitive. (This is non-negotiable and will be discussed honestly during the interview).Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Judgement: High discretion and judgement when handling confidential information.Adaptability: Comfortable navigating the dual environments of a family office and an operating venture simultaneously.Initiative: A proactive rather than reactive mindset, able to identify what needs to be done without being told.Demeanor: Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.IT Skills: Strong IT and AI skills.Location: Based in or able to commute easily to our London office.Nice to HaveExperience in luxury retail, jewellery, or family office environments.Existing familiarity with complex international travel coordination.
