Applicants can expect to work in a dynamic, production-focused environment with exposure to international supply chains and modern textile processes.Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. The role involves managing the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing appointments to ensure efficient use of time. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining records, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will coordinate internal and external communications, liaise with senior stakeholders, and follow up on action items and deadlines. The role also supports meeting preparation, minutes and documentation, and provides general administrative support to streamline the Managing Director’s daily activities.Qualifications Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including handling documentation, follow-ups, and office coordination.Demonstrated Executive Support experience, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and manage sensitive information.Effective Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing meetings, and organizing travel and logistics.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email and calendar tools; experience with coordination tools or ERP systems is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; experience in manufacturing or textiles is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is desirable.
