Every project is carefully curated, featuring top-line Italian furniture brands and timeless sophistication in style, design, and material quality.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to the Chairman role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Executive Assistant will manage the Chairman’s calendar, coordinate meetings, organize travel arrangements, and prepare agendas and briefing materials. The role includes handling confidential correspondence, drafting and reviewing documents, preparing expense reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The Executive Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external partners, support board and stakeholder communications, and maintain accurate records and files. The individual will also anticipate needs, streamline administrative processes, and provide proactive executive support to enable the Chairman to focus on strategic priorities.Salary: AED 20,000 – 22,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.QualificationsStrong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential correspondence handling.Experience with Expense Reports and basic financial administration, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Proficient Administrative Assistance skills for document preparation, filing, travel logistics, and office coordination.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders and external partners.Previous experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-standard environment; real estate or luxury sector experience is an advantage.High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
