With a footprint across 12+ countries and more than 2,500 companies served, we specialise in business incorporation, global mobility, and taxation, accounting & compliance. Role Summary We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and can be relied on to manage competing priorities without dropping a single detail. Key Responsibilities Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and daily priorities Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups Handle correspondence — emails, calls, and messages — on the Director's behalf with discretion and professionalism Organise domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the Director Liaise with department heads across Sales, Compliance, Mobility, Marketing, and Accounts to track deliverables and follow up on action items Support the weekly departmental reporting process, ensuring reports reach the Director on time and flagging any gaps Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, client, and financial information Manage office administration and coordination tasks as directed Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively manage shifting priorities Required Skills & Attributes Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a near-zero tolerance for errors Sharp and quick-thinking, with strong problem-solving instincts Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Highly organised, with excellent time-management skills Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace Graduate degree, any discipline; certification in office / executive administration is an advantage Salary Up to ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Full-time, in-office How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resume to hr@ondemandint.com.
