Advansoft serves clients across multiple sectors, including banking and financial services, healthcare, retail, telecommunications, publishing, insurance, and government.Role Description The Executive Assistant to UHNWI will provide comprehensive executive support to a high-net-worth individual, ensuring efficient management of professional and personal commitments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and involves coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, and managing correspondence across multiple channels. The Executive Assistant will prepare and track expense reports, maintain records, and organize documents and presentations. The role includes handling confidential information, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential document handling.Candidates should possess solid Executive Support capabilities, including stakeholder liaison, meeting preparation, and high-level correspondence management.Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports, including tracking, reconciliation, and basic budgeting or financial administration.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional email etiquette, and confident interpersonal skills.Candidates should possess reliable Administrative Assistance skills, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and office organization.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field are beneficial.Prior experience supporting senior executives or UHNWI, strong discretion, and the ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail are highly advantageous.Proficiency in MS Office and digital productivity tools, and fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
