This is not a conventional administrative support role. Working closely with Executive Management, the successful candidate will have broad exposure to the organisation’s business operations and key stakeholders. The role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of responsibilities — from executive coordination and business projects to research, execution, and follow-through on critical priorities.We are looking for someone with the maturity, judgement, and ambition to operate as a trusted extension of Executive Management and grow with the organisation over time.As part of the Executive Office, you will work closely with senior leadership on matters that span the business.Role and Responsibilities:Supporting Executive Management in the execution of strategic and operational prioritiesCoordinating key initiatives, projects, meetings, and deliverables across the organisationPreparing management reports, briefing materials, analyses, and correspondenceConducting information gathering to support executive decision-makingManaging executive schedules, meetings, travel, and other priorities with a high degree of discretionTracking important actions, deadlines, and commitments to ensure consistent follow-throughLiaising with senior stakeholders, clients, business partners, vendors, and internal teamsSupporting the execution of business initiatives and special projectsImproving processes, systems, and workflows across the Executive OfficeHandling sensitive and confidential matters with absolute professionalism and discretionTaking ownership of ad-hoc and time-sensitive priorities where requiredWhat We are Looking ForWe are looking for more than administrative experience.
