If you’ve got the energy, ambition, and resilience to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, we want to meet you!Here’s your chance to make a real impact and grow with a company that values passion and performance.The Role As an Executive / Associate Manager – Business Development (AFS), you will be responsible for:Achieving business targets for financing, deposit mobilization, cross-selling, and portfolio growth while maintaining required mark-up and collection ratios.Evaluating credit proposals effectively and prepare accurate credit appraisal reports to ensure portfolio quality.Acquiring new customers and retain existing customers through continuous engagement and relationship management.Conducting customer awareness activities, campaigns, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and market reach.Complying with all company policies and procedures, continuously upgrade product and process knowledge, and deliver high-quality service with the highest level of integrity.The ProfileSuccessful completion of the G.C.E.
