The role focuses on leveraging automation to streamline routine activities, reduce manual effort, and enable faster and more effective service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Drive automation of manual processes and workflows to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and workload optimization.Develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications by implementing functional modifications and continuous improvements.Identify and resolve software defects and development issues to ensure reliable, high-quality products and applications.Monitor application performance, identify quality issues, conduct technical troubleshooting, and prepare relevant reports.Establish and maintain development standards and best practices to ensure consistent and seamless software delivery.Evaluate and implement new frameworks and technology platforms to enhance application capabilities and development efficiency.Qualification:BS CS (Hons.)High level of Business UnderstandingPTCL family-centric policies, offering 6-month maternity and 30-day paternity leave, along with a hybrid work model, redefine the workplace for a balanced and fulfilling career.
