Executive Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst For Square Textiles Division.The Executive – Data Analytics & Reporting will be responsible for converting complex operational, HR, and financial data across Textiles and Garments units into actionable insights. This role focuses on hands-on data collection, cleaning, real-time dashboard creation, and automated reporting systems to support daily operational decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze cross-unit operational & business performance data analysis.Data Hygiene & ETL Processing from various ERP modules, factory IoT systems, and files.Build, develop, and maintain real-time data visualization dashboards.Data Automation & Reporting using SQL, Python/R, or script-based workflowsCreate automated reporting systems to deliver insights on time.Provide data-driven recommendations and support for management decision-making.Assist senior analysts and the ERP team in validating data feeds.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), or related fields.3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI dashboard development, and reporting—preferably within large scale manufacturing environments.Proficiency in SQL, Power BI / Tableau and in Python or R for data processing and analysis.Experienced handling ERP database structures Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, & excellent communication within cross functional teams.Job RequirementsPreferred degrees are Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), or related fields..Experience must be within 3-5 years.Skills & Area of ExpertiseSQL & Data AnalysisPower BI / TableauERP Data ManagementDashboard DevelopmentCompensation and BenefitsAs Per Company Policy.
