The role includes managing and developing the culinary team, controlling food costs, overseeing menu planning, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations in line with hotel standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise, train, and develop the culinary team.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Develop and maintain menus according to hotel standards.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen expenses.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with F&B and hotel management to ensure smooth operationsRequirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Previous hotel industry experience is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong experience in food cost control and kitchen operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
