(FWPL) is a subsidiary of Gokhana, focused on delivering high-quality food and managed food services across corporate and institutional locations.We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations, drive food quality and consistency, and manage kitchen teams at our Vapi operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee overall culinary and kitchen operations.Develop and standardize recipes, menus, production processes and portion controls.Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation and hygiene standards.Plan production and kitchen operations based on business requirements.Manage and mentor Sous Chefs, CDPs, Commis and other kitchen team members.Monitor food costs, wastage, yields and kitchen profitability.Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.Coordinate with Procurement and Stores teams for ingredient quality and availability.Introduce new dishes, menus and culinary concepts.Drive kitchen SOPs, standardization and process improvements.Handle large-scale food production while maintaining consistency and quality.Train and develop kitchen staff on culinary techniques, hygiene and safety.Coordinate with Operations and Management teams for smooth service delivery.Support audits, client requirements and food safety inspections.Candidate Profile8–12+ years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in large-scale catering, corporate kitchens, central kitchens, hotels, QSRs or institutional food operations.Strong knowledge of Indian and multi-cuisine food production.Experience managing large kitchen teams and high-volume food production.Strong understanding of food costing, wastage control and inventory management.Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP and food safety practices.Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills.Strong operational and problem-solving abilities.Candidates who can comfortably relocate to or commute to Vapi, Gujarat will be preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a growing food services organization.Leadership role with significant culinary and operational responsibility.Opportunity to build and standardize large-scale kitchen operations.Work with a dynamic and expanding team under the Gokhana group.Interested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or share their profile with the recruitment team.
