Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout The RoleThe Executive, Client Management Support plays a key enabling role within DKSH's Healthcare business in Cambodia by delivering high-quality administrative support that ensures smooth and efficient service delivery across the function. In this position, you will provide comprehensive operational and organizational support to senior leadership, enabling effective decision-making and seamless business continuity across the Client Management team.What You Will DeliverManage the Vice President's calendar, schedule arrangements, and authorized email correspondence to ensure seamless and efficient executive time managementProvide comprehensive daily administrative support on behalf of the assigned manager, including travel scheduling, agenda management, hotel and air ticket bookings, and visa coordinationPlan, prepare, and organize materials for meetings, conferences, and conference calls, including conducting background research using credible sources to deliver accurate and well-structured information and findingsRecord accurate minutes of meetings, prepare and circulate approved memos and meeting summaries, and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders within agreed timelinesConduct research, feasibility studies, and market scans to generate meaningful insights on market opportunities and trends that support informed strategic decision-makingMaintain and update internal reports and databases to ensure leadership has access to timely, accurate, and relevant business informationLead or actively contribute to special projects and surveys related to business development and key organizational initiatives, delivering outcomes within defined scope and timelinesManage the office filing system and maintain organized departmental correspondence records to support operational efficiency and information retrievalServe as a reliable communication channel between the Manager and department personnel, facilitating timely information flow and aligned decision-makingContribute to efficient resource utilization by supporting the management of day-to-day operating expenditures within approved budgetsAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as requiredWhat You BringCertificate or diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent; additional qualifications in engineering, chemical sciences, medical devices, or related technical disciplines will be considered favorablyMinimum two to three years of experience in a similar roleExperience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical or medical device, diagnostics, or instrumentation industry is an added advantageDemonstrated awareness and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgmentProficiency in conducting internet research to source and validate factual information in support of business and strategic needsProficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointFluency in the local language; working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantageWhy Join DKSHAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
