Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking to hire an Executive – Compliance & Government Relations who will be responsible for providing administrative, documentation and coordination support for compliance activities, government submissions, property registrations, licensing and tenant violation follow-ups for our client based in Dubai - which is one of the largest companies in the region.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.The role sits within the Business Development, RDM & Marketing – Residential Division and reports directly to the Senior Manager – Compliance & Government Relations.We are looking for a passionate Executive – Compliance & Government Relations about ensuring smooth and timely government-related processes and regulatory compliance across residential and retail assets. You should also have experience in/possess knowledge of government procedures, property registration, government authority submissions, licensing, compliance documentation and coordination with government entities. Key responsibilities:Maintain accurate physical and digital records of government-related documents, approvals, permits, registrations and correspondence.Prepare and support government submissions, applications, renewals and requests under the guidance of the Compliance & Government Relations team.Track submissions, approvals and compliance deadlines with government authorities including DLD, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DET, RTA and other relevant entities.Follow up on pending applications, approvals and authority queries to ensure timely closure.Support property registrations, title deed issuance, ownership transfers and amendments by coordinating the required documentation.Coordinate with Property Management, Asset Management, Finance, Facility Management, HSE and Security teams to collect supporting documents.Support the management and documentation of tenant violation cases, including inspection reports, photographic evidence, notices and correspondence.Coordinate with Pre-Legal and Legal teams to ensure violation cases are administratively complete before escalation.Assist with trade licence renewal processes and maintain compliance calendars to avoid penalties or lapses.Support compliance audits by providing accurate records and documentation when required.Prepare regular compliance reports and maintain trackers, dashboards and system-driven workflows.Knowledge, skills & experience:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Compliance, Government Relations, Government Liaison or administrative coordination role.Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management or a similar property-related environment is preferred.Sound knowledge of government rules, regulations, applicable laws and governmental procedures.Hands-on experience coordinating with government authorities, preferably including Dubai Land Department, Dubai Municipality, DET, DEWA and RTA.Strong documentation, administrative, coordination and follow-up skills.Bilingual Arabic/English language skills are mandatory.Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.Good time management, communication and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.Please apply with your resume and remember to provide us with your contact details.We will review your job application within 7 working days.
