The organization is driven by the values of security, transparency, and trust in every interaction.Role Description The Executive Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for advising on complex, high-value transactions and providing strategic guidance to clients using eTrust’s escrow and secure transaction services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their transaction structures, and recommending appropriate escrow solutions. The Executive Consultant collaborates with internal teams on deal execution, ensures compliance with regulatory and risk management standards, and helps optimize processes to improve client experience. The role also involves developing business opportunities, preparing executive-level reports and presentations, and contributing to the growth of eTrust in key market segments.Qualifications Strong background in consulting, financial services, or transaction advisory, with experience in structuring high-value deals or complex transactions.Knowledge of escrow services, secure payments, or related legal and regulatory frameworks in the UAE and international markets.Proven client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, negotiate terms, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to assess risk, interpret financial and legal documentation, and provide actionable recommendations.Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing executive reports and delivering concise briefings.Ability to work on-site in the UAE, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, legal qualification) are an advantage.Previous experience in real estate, M&A, corporate banking, or cross-border commerce is highly beneficial; familiarity with digital platforms and fintech solutions is a plus.
