This growth is supported by a modern, versatile fleet of ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800, and Airbus A330-300 aircraft—positioning US-Bangla as a premier regional carrier.The Executive Coordinator to the Managing Director serves as the primary administrative and operational partner to the MD. This high-impact role requires exceptional organizational ability, high discretion, and a sharp understanding of the fast-paced, highly regulated aviation industry. You will streamline executive operations, manage complex schedule logistics, facilitate C-suite communications, and oversee high-priority strategic initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support & Schedule ManagementManage and optimize the Managing Director’s calendar, strategically prioritizing meetings, board commitments, and operational briefings.Organize complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, visas, ground transport, accommodation, and brief packs.Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, aviation regulators (e.g., CAA/FAA), airline partners, and senior leadership.Review, triage, and route incoming correspondence, flagging urgent operational or corporate matters requiring immediate executive attention.Operations & Strategic CoordinationPrepare, compile, and distribute board materials, C-suite meeting agendas, presentations, and executive summaries.Attend executive meetings, record accurate minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability and timely execution across departments.Assist in coordinating crisis management logistics alongside ground and flight operations teams during irregular operations (IROPS) or operational disruptions.Liaise with airport authorities, diplomatic missions, and partner airlines to facilitate executive VIP arrangements.Office & Information ManagementMaintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company data, financial performance, strategic expansion plans, and personnel matters.Draft, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, speeches, memos, and press briefings on behalf of the MD.Oversee the operational budget and expense reporting for the Executive Office.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Communications, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Executive Coordinator, Executive Assistant to C-Suite/MD)Core competencies:Safety Awareness and ComplianceCustomer Service ExcellenceProfessional Integrity and Ethical ConductTeam CollaborationAdaptability and Continuous LearningFunctional Competency:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365Exceptional business communications skillsExcellent planning and organizing skills
