Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV to navika.srivastava@lancesoft.comJob Title :- Executive DirectorLocation :- AbudhabiContract Duration :- 12 months contractJob DescriptionMinimum 20 years of experience, including: Proven leadership at programme or portfolio level for large, complex infrastructure or urban development programmes.Demonstrated experience acting as the primary senior interface with government or client executives, including approval and funding authorities.Strong governance, commercial, and strategic decision-making capabilities, with experience aligning delivery outcomes to client objectives.Proven track record in establishing clear accountability, authority, and communication structures across multi-party delivery environments.Role PurposeProvides the single point of executive accountability for the UAE Gov. Client PMC framework, translating client objectives into an integrated delivery mandate across scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk. Acts as the primary senior interface with UAE Gov. Executives, approval and funding authorities, setting governance, authority and communication structuresMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSAcademic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline; post-graduate qualification in engineering management or an MBA typically expected.Minimum experience: Minimum 20 years of experience, including proven leadership at programme or portfolio level for large, complex infrastructure or urban development programmes.Infrastructure experience: Extensive leadership of large-scale infrastructure or urban development programmes through full lifecycle.UAE / GCC experience: Substantial UAE/GCC delivery exposure and familiarity with Abu Dhabi government client environments expected.Certifications: Not mandatory; Chartered status (CEng/FICE) and PgMP/PfMP advantageous.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILETypical background: Senior programme executive from PMC, contractor or major client organisation.Relevant sectors: Transport, municipal infrastructure, urban development and utilities.Infrastructure: Portfolio-scale infrastructure delivery from definition through handover.Government experience: Direct interface with government executives, funding and approval authorities.Programme delivery: Programme and portfolio delivery across multi-party, multi-region environments.Leadership level: Executive/board-level leadership of large delivery organisationsCORE EXPERIENCE REQUIREDEstablishing programme frameworks from early definitionWork breakdown structure and scheduling strategy developmentIntegrating multiple workstreams into delivery strategyCoordinating scope, cost and schedule for approval readinessProgramme mobilisation and team structuringOperating within government governance and assuranceOwning Programme Management Plan and Master ScheduleManaging designer, supervision and contractor performanceBaseline setting and performance control reportingFunding and approval-gate submission preparationInterested candidates should send their CV along with the following details:Expected salaryVisa/Work Permit statusNotice PeriodCurrent Location
