Executive Director

Role Description The Executive Director role at Faculdade Anhanguera Polos is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing academic and administrative operations, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising campus activities, managing budgets and resources, supporting faculty and staff, and monitoring student services to maintain high levels of satisfaction and performance. The role also involves developing partnerships, representing the institution with external stakeholders, and implementing policies and initiatives that promote growth, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Executive Director will collaborate with senior leadership, prepare reports and performance reviews, and foster an inclusive, ethical, and results-oriented culture.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including team supervision, decision-making, and strategic planning.Experience in higher education administration or a similar academic environment, with knowledge of institutional governance and quality assurance.Strong financial and operational skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.Proficiency in using digital tools and office software for reporting, data analysis, and remote collaboration.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing on-site responsibilities in Dubai and remote tasks with consistent reliability.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.Proven ability to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to uphold high ethical and professional standards.
