Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and execute the company’s business growth and expansion strategy🔹 Lead Business Development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth🔹 Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and healthcare providers🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams🔹 Drive market expansion and strengthen the company’s position in the Saudi healthcare market🔹 Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements🔹 Build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers🔹 Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging healthcare opportunities🔹 Work closely with medical and operations teams to ensure business and service delivery goals are aligned🔹 Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams🔹 Take ownership of overall business performance, growth, and commercial results What We’re Looking For:✅ **8+ years of relevant experience**, with strong experience in Business Development and commercial leadership✅ Proven experience in the **Saudi healthcare sector**✅ Strong background in **Home Healthcare, Mobile Clinics, Medical Services, or Healthcare**✅ Previous experience working in a **Healthcare Startup or fast-growing healthcare company in Saudi Arabia** is highly preferred✅ Proven track record in **Business Development, partnerships, sales, and revenue growth**✅ Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market and business landscape✅ Experience dealing with hospitals, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, or healthcare networks✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business in a fast-paced environment✅ Strong communication and presentation skillsWe are looking for a hands-on healthcare leader who can combine strategic vision with strong Business Development capabilities and drive sustainable growth in the Saudi market.
