Executive Director of Real Estate Development

HIRING: Executive Director – Real Estate Development | Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for an experienced Executive Director – Real Estate Development to lead and oversee real estate development projects in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall real estate development strategy and portfolio.Identify and evaluate new development and investment opportunities.Oversee projects from feasibility, land acquisition, concept design and approvals through construction, sales/leasing and handover.Manage project feasibility studies, financial models, budgets, cash flow and investment returns.Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, government authorities and other stakeholders.Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, risks and overall project performance.Develop and implement business plans aligned with the company's growth strategy.Lead and manage development, project management and related teams.Prepare investment proposals, development plans and regular reports for senior management/Board.Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi real estate regulations and development requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.15+ years of relevant experience in real estate development, with significant senior management experience.Strong experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use or master-planned developments.Strong knowledge of real estate feasibility, development economics, investment analysis and project delivery.Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management and commercial skills.Saudi Arabia / GCC real estate experience is highly preferred.📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia📩 CVs: ahmed.linkedincv@gmail.com🤝 OR Share relevant references
