Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob SummaryThe Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, discreet, and professional transportation to and related logistical support to the assigned executive and, when authorized by the executive, the executive’s immediate family members. The role supports both business and reasonable personal transportation requirements, including travel to and from the offices, business meetings, project sites, airports, schools, residences, family offices, appointments, corporate events, and other destinations safely and on time while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, vehicle care, and service.Given the nature of the assignment, the Executive Driver must be highly flexible in terms of working hours and daily schedules. The role may require early-morning, late-evening, weekend, holiday, emergency, and out-of-town assignments, depending on the executive’s business and personal requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesExecutive TransportationProvide safe, efficient, discreet, and professional transportation for the assigned executive and authorized immediate family members, including transportation from the the residence, office, business meetings, project sites, airports, schools, family offices, appointments, corporate events, and other authorized destinations.Plan routes in advance, considering traffic conditions, road closures, weather, security considerations, and alternative routes to ensure timely arrival.Monitor the executive's daily transportation requirements and coordinate closely with the executive's office or designated administrative contact regarding schedules and changes.Maintain a high degree of schedule flexibility and availability for early-morning, late-evening, weekend, holiday, emergency and out-of-town assignments whether arising from the executive’s business or authorized personal and family requirements.Assist the executive with luggage, documents, and other reasonable transportation-related requirements.Undertake school and office drop-offs and pick-ups for the executive’s spouse and children, as directed by the executive.Perform reasonable personal, household, and family-related transportation errands and logistical support as assigned.Prioritize assignments and adjust routes and schedules promptly based on the executive’s instructions and changing requirements.Observe appropriate safety, verification, and handover procedures when transporting or collecting children and other family members.Safety & Vehicle ManagementEnsure that the assigned vehicle is maintained in excellent operating condition and is clean, presentable, fueled, and ready for use at all times.Conduct routine pre-trip inspections covering tires, brakes, lights, fluids, fuel levels, and other basic safety requirements.Coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, registration, insurance, and other vehicle requirements with the appropriate company personnel.Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, repairs, tolls, parking, and other required transportation expenses.Immediately report accidents, vehicle damage, mechanical issues, traffic incidents, or other safety concerns in accordance with company procedures.Observe defensive-driving practices and comply with all applicable traffic laws and company safety policies.Executive Service & ConfidentialityMaintain a consistently professional, courteous, calm, and service-oriented demeanor.Exercise strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the executive and the executive’s family, including their conversations, schedules, schools, workplaces, residences, destinations, travel arrangements, documents, personal circumstances, and other information encountered while performing the role.Respect the executive's privacy and maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times.Ensure the vehicle environment is comfortable, orderly, and appropriate for executive transportation.Demonstrate good judgment when handling unexpected schedule changes, traffic disruptions, emergencies, or sensitive situations.Demonstrate professionalism, patience, courtesy, and appropriate judgment when interacting with the executive’s spouse, children, guests, household personnel, and other authorized passengers.Adhere strictly to the executive’s instructions regarding family transportation, authorized passengers, destinations, schedule changes, and the release or collection of children.Administrative & Other SupportCoordinate with Executive Assistants, Corporate Services, Security, and other relevant teams regarding transportation arrangements.Support airport transfers, visiting executives, VIP guests, and other authorized passengers when required.Perform reasonable business, personal, household, and family-related transportation errands and logistical support as assigned by the executive.Follow company's policies on safety, security, confidentiality, business conduct, and use of company assets.The Executive Driver’s principal responsibility is to support the transportation requirements of the assigned executive and authorized immediate family members. Other company assignments should be coordinated so they do not conflict with the executive’s requirements.Qualifications and CompetenciesValid professional driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.Demonstrated experience as an executive, family, VIP, or corporate driver.Willingness and ability to work flexible and irregular schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and out-of-town assignments.Familiarity with routes throughout Metro Manila and the ability to navigate changing traffic conditions.High degree of confidentiality, discretion, reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.Comfortable transporting children and other family members and handling authorized personal and family-related assignments.Able to use navigation, messaging, and scheduling applications responsibly.Defensive-driving training and basic first-aid knowledge are preferred.
