Together, these businesses support growth, innovation, and financial inclusion across Nigeria.Role Description The Executive Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Executive Driver will provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for company executives, including daily commutes, meetings, and official engagements. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles, planning routes to optimize travel time, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. The role involves responding to schedule changes, coordinating with executive assistants and administrative staff, and ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times. The Executive Driver will also support basic logistics tasks, such as vehicle documentation checks, fueling, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.Qualifications Strong driving skills, including defensive driving techniques and excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic patterns.Experience in executive or corporate driving, with a professional approach to customer service and stakeholder interaction.Ability to manage schedules, plan routes, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining punctuality.Basic vehicle maintenance awareness, including routine checks (oil, tires, lights) and prompt reporting of faults.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Valid Nigerian driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with traffic laws and safety regulations.Minimum of a secondary school certificate (SSCE); additional training or certification in professional driving is an advantage.Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as required.
