Applicants join a team focused on trusted, high-end transport solutions in demanding and high-profile environments.Role Description The Executive Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in Double Bay, NSW. The Executive Driver will provide safe, punctual, and discreet transport for executives, UHNW clients, and VIPs, including airport transfers, corporate travel, event transport, and multi-day assignments. Daily responsibilities include planning routes, monitoring traffic and flight schedules, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, and adapting to changing itineraries and client requirements. The role involves delivering a highly professional, client-focused service at all times, including assisting with luggage, coordinating pick-up and drop-off points, and maintaining clear communication with clients and the operations team. The Executive Driver must uphold strict confidentiality, present a polished and professional appearance, and follow all relevant road safety and company policies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong professional driving capabilities, including experience with trucks or larger vehicles, and familiarity with truck operations.Candidates should hold an appropriate commercial driving license (such as CDL Class A or local equivalent) and demonstrate a clean driving record and strong knowledge of road safety regulations.Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for coordinating movements, managing changing schedules, and interacting clearly with clients and internal teams.Candidates should demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on discretion, reliability, and a client-first mindset in VIP and executive environments.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in chauffeur or executive driver roles, familiarity with Sydney and surrounding routes, flexible availability (including evenings and weekends), and the ability to manage multi-day or extended assignments.Experience in security-conscious environments or close-protection support, strong situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are highly regarded.
