Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time | Immediate StartPosition OverviewWe are inviting applications to serve as Executive Driver to our Managing Director.Reporting directly to the Office of the Managing Director, the successful candidate will deliver reliable, high-standard transportation services while contributing to the efficient running of company operations.

This position offers long-term career stability within a progressive and expanding organisation.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecutive TransportationProvide safe, punctual and comfortable chauffeur services to the Managing Director for both corporate and private engagements.Coordinate and conduct airport transfers for international students, corporate guests and visiting delegates.Facilitate transportation for personnel attending official meetings, functions and company assignments.Ensure the secure delivery and collection of confidential documents, parcels and official correspondence.Accompany students to nearby clinics for medical screening, where required.All of the above duties shall be carried out with careful route planning and optimisation to ensure timely arrival, taking into account traffic conditions and schedules.Operational and Administrative SupportMaintain all assigned vehicles, including the Managing Director's and company vehicles, in an immaculate, roadworthy and fully operational condition at all times.Oversee scheduled servicing, statutory inspections and repairs in liaison with service providers.Execute banking transactions and other authorised errands on behalf of the company.Undertake minor maintenance tasks within the office premises and escalate significant issues to the relevant parties.Extend general operational assistance as required to support the seamless conduct of daily business activities.Candidate ProfileMinimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent.Holder of a valid Malaysian driving licence with an unblemished driving record.Comprehensive knowledge of the Klang Valley road network, with proficiency in GPS navigation applications such as Waze and Google Maps.Good physical health, with the flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as operational needs dictate.Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and an unwavering commitment to road safety.Possesses impeccable integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.Maintains a polished personal presentation and conducts themselves with courtesy and professionalism.Practical knowledge of basic vehicle or general maintenance will be considered an advantage.Remuneration and BenefitsCompetitive starting salary of RM2,500 per month.Overtime compensation in accordance with company policy.Secure, permanent employment with an organisation on a strong growth trajectory.A collegial, respectful and supportive workplace culture.ApplicationCandidates who embody reliability, discretion and a dedication to service excellence are warmly invited to submit their application.
