Executive, Event & Activation

Job Objectives:Lead and oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and communication initiatives to strengthen brand and product positioning, generate demand, drive customer engagement and retention, and support overall business growth. Act as the key custodian of brand consistency while building team capability and delivering measurable marketing results.

Job Responsibilities

1. Event Logistics & Vendor Management Manage venues, vendors, staging, transport and permits for assigned events; keep run-sheets and checklists current.2. On-Site CoordinationRun setup, registration, program flow and teardown; coordinate field support and video coverage on event days.3. Event MaterialsCoordinate production and delivery of event branding, POSM and giveaways with the Channel and Design teams.4.
