This position is responsible for handling day-to-day gold loan activities, including customer inquiries, loan processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves assessing gold items in line with company guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and managing timely disbursement and repayment tracking. The Executive will work closely with branch staff to deliver efficient service, support branch operational goals, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This role also requires maintaining high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all transactions. QualificationsExperience in financial services or banking operations, preferably in gold loans or secured lending.Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for handling cash, valuations, and loan documentation.Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.Basic IT proficiency, including use of office software and financial or loan management systems.Ability to work on-site in the Colombo District, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.Prior experience in branch operations or front-office roles will be considered beneficial.Send your CV to hr@lakderana.lk or whatsapp 0771534067
