Executive Housekeeper

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. This role is central to maintaining the luxury experience that Raintree Hotel St. Mary’s is known for.Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Operations: Supervise daily housekeeping activities and ensure smooth functioning of the department.Guest Rooms: Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all guest rooms and suites.Public Areas: Ensure all public spaces are well-maintained and welcoming.Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service quality.Inventory Management: Control and monitor usage of linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.Quality Checks: Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and safety standards.Budget Control: Assist in preparing and managing departmental budgets.Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors for laundry and housekeeping supplies.Compliance: Ensure adherence to hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.Minimum 8 - 10 years of housekeeping experience.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and inventory control.
