Team members join a dynamic, guest-focused environment that emphasizes elegance, innovation, and personalized service.Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, includes managing and scheduling housekeeping and laundry teams, monitoring inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and enforcing safety and hygiene protocols. The Executive Housekeeper will conduct regular inspections, implement standard operating procedures, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to address guest requests and maintenance issues, and support opening, closing, and special event preparations. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, maintaining service quality, managing budgets and cost controls within the department, and fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.Qualifications Strong housekeeping and laundry management skills, including oversight of room cleaning, public area maintenance, and linen operations.Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.Proficient organization skills for scheduling, inventory control, documentation, and time management within a high-volume hotel environment.Demonstrated training and team leadership capabilities to coach, motivate, and develop housekeeping staff.Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a supervisory housekeeping role within a luxury or upscale hotel.Sound knowledge of hospitality housekeeping standards, safety regulations, and hygiene practices.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel property management systems is an advantage.
