The hotel boasts close to 20,000 square feet of meeting spaces across 10 flexible venues including the 600 sqm Wallich Ballroom, presenting a strategic venue of choice for MICE, business meetings, seamless soirees and the finest celebrations and weddings banquets.Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This full-time, on-site role based in Singapore includes leading and scheduling housekeeping and laundry teams, monitoring room inspections, and maintaining inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies. The Executive Housekeeper will develop and implement housekeeping procedures, coordinate preventive cleaning programs, and work closely with other departments to support seamless guest experiences. The role also involves training and coaching team members, managing vendor relationships, addressing guest feedback, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.QualificationsStrong housekeeping and laundry management skills, including handling linen operations and maintaining cleaning standards.Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and external partners.Excellent organisation skills to manage schedules, inventories, inspections, and daily operational priorities.Experience in training, coaching, and developing housekeeping team members to uphold service and safety standards.Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and familiarity with housekeeping systems and equipment.Ability to work on-site in Singapore, with flexibility to support operations on weekends and public holidays as needed.Relevant diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
