Executive Housekeeper – Saudi ArabiaSalary: SAR 15,000 per month + BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations within a prestigious ultra-luxury private hospitality environment in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards in a sensitive, high-profile and VVIP setting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the complete housekeeping operation.Oversee guest rooms, private residences, public areas and back-of-house housekeeping standards.Manage manpower planning, staff deployment, scheduling and productivity.Conduct regular operational and quality inspections.Develop, implement and maintain housekeeping SOPs and service standards.Train, coach and develop supervisors and housekeeping teams.Manage linen, housekeeping supplies and inventory controls.Monitor departmental performance and ensure consistent luxury service standards.Handle operational challenges effectively and implement corrective actions where required.Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, presentation, discretion and confidentiality.Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.Candidate Profile8–10+ years of progressive housekeeping experience.3–5+ years in a senior housekeeping leadership position, such as Executive Housekeeper, Director of Housekeeping or equivalent.Current or recent experience in a 5-star/ultra-luxury hotel, resort, private residence, palace or VVIP operation.Proven experience managing large teams and complex housekeeping operations.Strong knowledge of manpower planning, workforce deployment and productivity management.Excellent understanding of housekeeping inspections, SOPs and quality control.Strong experience in staff training, development and performance management.Good knowledge of linen management and inventory control.Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.Salary: SAR 15,000 per monthAccommodation providedMeals on dutyTransportation providedVisa and medical providedOpportunity to work within a prestigious ultra-luxury private hospitality environment in Saudi Arabia.
