Right now, we are looking for some dynamic, energetic and result oriented team members, who will share our pride with us and support our continuous growth.Prerequisite to apply:Graduation in Business Studies faculty from Public/reputed Private University.3-5 years’ experience in relevant field especially in factory.Preferred degrees are Business Studies faculty from Public/reputed Private University.Major duties and responsibilities:Core HRAnalyze manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and manpower planning.Maintain employee personal files, HR documentation and ensure accurate and timely updates in the HRIS and other HR records.Prepare and analyze HR reports, including manpower, turnover, absenteeism, leave and other key HR metrics to support management decisions.AdministrationEnsure smooth day-to-day administrative operations and maintain a safe, organized and disciplined workplace environment.Coordinate office and factory administrative activities, including employee facilities, transportation and accommodation and vendor support services as required.Monitor administrative expenses, asset utilization and service quality to ensure efficient and cost-effective administrative operations.Training & ComplianceCoordinate employee training programs, maintain training records and monitor the implementation of the annual training plan.Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, buyer requirements and disciplinary procedures through regular monitoring, documentation and employee awareness initiatives.Work Station: Factory: Bhaluka, Mymensingh or Vogra, Gazipur.Salary: Negotiable
