Job DescriptionJob SummaryAs an Executive, Industry Insights you will serve as a category expert with the primary goal of delighting clients by delivering actionable insights and recommendations. You will support informed business decision-making through the analysis of category performance and market trends using NIQ data and tools, while adhering to NIQ standards and service models. This role combines data analysis, storytelling, and client engagement to help clients uncover opportunities and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesUse NIQ tools, data, and metrics to answer client business questions and provide actionable insightsAnalyze retail measurement and other NIQ datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendationsDevelop a strong understanding of client businesses, categories, and market dynamics to deliver relevant insights and solutionsCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and determine the most appropriate analytical approachAsk probing and clarifying questions during project briefings to ensure a thorough understanding of client needsTranslate complex data into clear, compelling stories, visualizations, and presentations that support business decisionsPrepare and present ad hoc analyses, reports, and category performance reviewsSupport business growth by identifying opportunities to introduce NIQ products and solutions to clientsProactively identify, communicate, and escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocksContribute to business issue analyses, thought leadership projects, and knowledge-sharing initiativesEnsure project briefs are complete and actionable, seeking clarification from clients or internal teams when requiredCollaborate effectively with in-market and hub teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfactionContinuously build expertise in NIQ methodologies, tools, and data solutions QualificationsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline1-3 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to applyCurious and inquisitive mindset with a passion for transforming data into meaningful business stories and insightsStrong analytical thinking and excellent numerical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/SlidesStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency may be required in certain marketsDigitally savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quicklyFast learner with the ability to quickly understand new concepts, analytical methodologies, and business processesStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEffective collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and multicultural teamsFor CPS markets, willingness to develop expertise across both CPS and RMS data solutionsAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
