We run one of Malaysia's most active startup ecosystems, incubating founders, running a bustling coworking space and building entrepreneurship programs that reach everyone from high schoolers to seasoned entrepreneurs.We're looking for a driven, versatile Executive to help run and grow this ecosystem. This isn't a back-office role as you'll be in the room with founders, on stage at demo days, managing partnerships with government bodies and universities and helping shape the day-to-day life of a coworking community. If you want real ownership, fast learning and a front-row seat to how startups actually get built, this is that role.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):• Program & Event Delivery: Design, run and troubleshoot innovation and entrepreneurship programs, workshops and events end-to-end from agenda to logistics to the day-of experience• Startup Incubation Support: Support the incubation journey of startup cohorts, coordinating mentor matching, tracking milestones and helping founders get the most out of the program• Coworking Space (CWS) Operations: Help run the day-to-day of our coworking space, member experience, space utilization, community engagement and vendor coordination, so ASBhive feels alive every day• Outreach & Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with startups, mentors, investors, government bodies and university partners; represent ASBhive in external conversations• Marketing & Communications: Create content and campaigns such a social media, newsletters, event collateral, that grow ASBhive's visibility and pull the right people through our doors• Finance Acumen: Support budgeting, cost tracking and quotations for programs and partnerships and help ensure our numbers are sound before they go out the door• Research & Analysis: Track trends in the innovation and entrepreneurship space, and turn research into data-backed recommendations for what ASBhive should do next• Administrative Support: Keep the engine running such as databases, schedules, inquiries and vendor coordination with an eye for detail that others can rely on• Project Management: Take the lead on special projects, working across ASB departments to bring new ideas to lifeQualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, innovation, or a related field• Genuine excitement for startups, innovation and building things from scratch• Sharp organizational instincts - you can juggle three moving pieces and still hit every deadline• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with students and senior stakeholders alike• Comfortable with numbers - budgets, quotations and basic financial tracking don't intimidate you• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus• Thrives in a fast-paced, still-figuring-it-out environment and takes initiative without waiting to be asked• Prior experience in event planning, program coordination, coworking/community management, or partnership building is a strong plus• Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals with strong enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and curiosity.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with opportunities to take on hands-on responsibilities.• Eager to learn quickly and gain practical exposure to building and scaling a startup.WHY ASBhive / IECYou'll work directly with founders building real companies, sit at the intersection of a top business school and ASB network, and have the room to lead, not just support.
