Job SummaryDigitalQatalyst is seeking a highly articulate and engaging Executive Learning & Content Analyst to support the delivery and growth of executive learning programmes within the 6xD Academy.The successful candidate will facilitate executive training programmes, workshops and masterclasses, develop learning content and course materials, and support educational media, podcasts and executive conversations.This role is ideal for a strong communicator and facilitator who can quickly understand complex business, technology and transformation concepts and translate them into clear, practical and engaging learning experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Learning & FacilitationDeliver approved training programmes, workshops, masterclasses and learning sessions.Facilitate classroom, virtual and hybrid learning experiences.Lead participant discussions, practical exercises and assessments.Explain complex concepts using clear, practical and relevant examples.Adapt learning delivery to different audience levels and professional backgrounds.Prepare thoroughly for assigned programmes and client engagements.Course & Content DevelopmentDevelop and improve courses, modules and learning materials.Create learning objectives, session structures and facilitator guides.Develop practical exercises, case studies and learner assessments.Prepare high-quality presentation and training materials.Translate research, business concepts and structured methodologies into engaging learning content.Improve curriculum and learning assets based on participant and delivery feedback.Learning Media & Podcast SupportSupport approved educational podcasts, interviews and executive conversations.Prepare discussion topics, research and interview questions.Host or co-host approved podcast and learning-media sessions where required.Participate in educational videos, explainers and interviews.Communicate complex business and technology concepts clearly in spoken formats.Support the development of reusable educational media content.Learning Quality & Programme SupportComplete Academy onboarding and trainer enablement requirements.Maintain a strong understanding of approved learning frameworks and curriculum.Support executive, corporate and institutional learning engagements.Capture participant feedback and identify improvement opportunities.Ensure consistency and quality across training delivery and learning materials.Identify knowledge gaps and escalate specialist subject-matter requirements where necessary.Required Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline.Minimum of 2 years' experience in training, facilitation, Learning & Development, executive education, consulting, course development, or a related field.Experience facilitating workshops, training programmes or professional learning sessions.Experience developing training materials, courses or curriculum content.Strong presentation and communication skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following areas is an
