Executive – Learning Technology

JOB PURPOSEThe Learning Technology Executive develops technology-enabled learning solutions that make learning more engaging, scalable, and measurable across MAGRABi University. The role creates digital learning experiences, applies AI and automation to improve learning workflows, develops dashboards and reporting solutions, and evaluates emerging technologies that strengthen learning effectiveness and operational efficiency.Qualifications and Education: ▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.▪ Passion for technology, AI, and continuous learning.Experience ▪ 1-3 years of experience in software development, AI, automation, digital products, or learning technologies.▪ Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms. ▪ Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS) is a plus.▪ Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise or Storyline) is a plus.▪ Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using AI-powered tools and modern learning technologies.▪ Build interactive eLearning content, simulations, videos, assessments, and SCORM packages using industry leading authoring tools.▪ Research and evaluate new tools and emerging technologies relevant to learning, and recommend practical use cases and pilots that enhance learning effectiveness.▪ Develop dashboards and reports using AI and analytics to improve operational efficiency and support data driven decision-making.▪ Lead automation and API integration initiatives in coordination with IT, vendors, and relevant system owners.▪ Collaborate with learning designers, subject matter experts, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled learning solutions.▪ Test, document, and continuously improve digital learning solutions and workflows to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across platforms.
