Confidence Infrastructure PLC is looking for Executive - Management Information System (MIS)Job Description / ResponsibilityConfidence Infrastructure Limited (CIPLC) is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – MIS to support data-driven decision-making at its factory operations.The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting operational, production, procurement, and project data from factory departments and project sites. The position will prepare management reports, maintain MIS databases and dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide analytical insights to support capacity utilization, production planning, and business performance.MIS & Data Management:Collect, consolidate, and interpret data from Engineering, Procurement, Factory, Finance, HR, and Project Sites.Maintain and update MIS databases, tools, and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.Verify, organize, and maintain operational and production data for management reporting.Reporting & Analytics:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering production progress, WIP, project progress, manpower deployment, and material consumption.Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.Monitor project KPIs, cost performance, schedule adherence, and resource utilization.Prepare ad-hoc reports and analytical summaries for management as required.Project & Factory Monitoring:Track procurement pipelines, inventory status, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) progress.Monitor production performance and capacity utilization across factory operations.Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Managers, and department heads to collect timely and accurate field data.Compliance & Coordination:Ensure compliance with company reporting procedures, data management standards, and quality policies.Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of MIS data and reports.Perform any other MIS-related responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), preferably in Management Information Systems (MIS).B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline will also be considered.Experience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication,Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),IT Enabled Service,Engineering Firms,Group of Companies,Cement Industry,Steel,Battery, Storage cell,PowerAdditional RequirementsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Charts, Data Validation, and Formulas.Experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.Knowledge of Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or Excel-based dashboards will be an added advantage.Familiarity with ERP systems and MIS databases.Ability to analyze production, project, procurement, and operational data.Experience in BOQ tracking, WIP reporting, and resource utilization analysis.Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and cross-functional coordination abilities.Job LocationNarayanganj
