Integrated into the Group Business Services (GBS) organisational structure, Itmam operates under its own Board of Directors, comprising Group executive staff members. Its structure includes a General Manager overseeing five key operational service divisions: Consumer Operations, Corporate & Investment Banking Operations, Customer Contact Services, Treasury and Syndication Operations, and Shared Services and Operations Management. Notably, "Tamooha," the Group's award-winning operations center initiative, is staffed exclusively by UAE national women.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:Support the Head of Operations in reviewing the overall operations’ health indicators at regular intervals, such as Service Level Agreement (SLAs), Customer experience (NPS), people, process, risk and cost in order to seek relevant inputs from ITMAM Management team towards resolution of open issues.Review monthly operating costs against plan and prepare inputs for reports to ensure the unit budget is managed in line with requirements.Perform deep dive analysis on prioritized projects and issues for the unit in order to provide recommendations on improvements, variation or changes to existing plans while ensuring adherence to the policies, standards and guidelines.Collate, interpret, track and analyze quantitative and qualitative data (Full Time Equivalent (FTE), manpower, contractual spend and budgets) for the major projects to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of the unit or project budget.Provide decision support on various issues through data analytics and engagement with relevant stakeholders to ensure that adequate support is enabled to organize various forums at the sub group level for management oversight in various strategic and tactical issues.Direct and oversee the Annual Business planning discussions for ITMAM with the Retail Banking Group (RBG), Corporate and Investment Banking Group (CIBG), Private teams in order to facilitate an overall view of future ITMAM growth plans.Maintain overall ITMAM FTE view and target organizational design i.e. spans, layers, levels and work with HR partners in order to identify desired changes/opportunities.Direct and oversee through direct reports and teams, the Employee engagement initiatives in ITMAM, including but not limited to Employee events, Employee Communications, managing RnR and its budgets to ensure they are completed in line with ADCB’s policies/procedures and the required internal communications, coordination and confirmations take place in an accurate and timely mannerEstablish a center of excellence for the Active Operations Management (AOM) (or equivalent) system of production management to ensure adoption and usage of the tool across managers and team leaders in ITMAM.Monitor the process for cross training and moving resource to balance workflows is working within teams and across businesses to ensure that at ITMAM level resourcing is optimized.Drive production management and productivity optimization across ITMAM through direct reports and teams by providing inputs for, in order to drive efficiency and engagement within ITMAM.Oversee the identification/assessment of risks across across ITMAM’s core operational functions including control/mitigation, monitoring and reporting to ensure in line with agreed operational risk framework.Provide guidance and input to ITMAM division heads on matters related to restructures, workforce planning and succession planning in order to develop a suitable organizational model.Provide guidance and input to ITMAM division heads on matters status on action items and bring help items to the board for support and direction.Liaise with teams across the Bank to ensure information and data is exchanged, updates on the projects progress are given and views are taken to the relevant managers and teams.Indirectly manage teams required to have input to the project on required matters including work allocation, problem resolution and contribution to the project to ensure all stakeholders perform as required to complete the projectOrganise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.The ideal candidate should have the following experience:At least 8 years of experience in Banking operations, capacity planning, project management, with at least 5 years of experience in a business support roleMasters Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or relevant specializationQualification/Certification in Business Administration, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile methodologiesExperience of, and exposure to, Banking Operations and process improvement and
