The White Horse Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for Executive -MicrobiologistJob Description / ResponsibilityTo maintain good Microbiological practice In laboratory, Quality management system in Microbiology lab.To prepare, review & update microbiological test methods(STP), specifications (SSP) & SOP, & to follow these in all relevant activities.To handle laboratory instruments properly. Take measures for immediate reporting of any malfunction of laboratory instruments.To carry out microbiological monitoring of air & process water & personnel hygiene in manufacturing area.To carry out Microbiological tests of In-process, Raw & packaging materials samples.To perform microbiological limit test of raw, packaging material & finished products.To carry out microbiological stability test of finished products.To submit daily report of environment monitoring timely & properly.To compile & maintain documents of all the required papers properly.To ensure microbiological quality of water, raw materials ,In-process & finished goods.To collect water sample (purified) for microbiological tests.To calibrate all microbiological instruments/equipment according to the schedule & SOP.To ensure microbiology environmental monitoring of non-sterile processing area.To prepare & monitor microbiological test schedule of all types of water as per sampling points.To ensure microbiological support of process validation, cleaning validation & facility validation.To ensure Antimicrobial Preservative Effectiveness test of products, swab test, finger printing of process operators.To standardize & preserve seed culture, working standard & others microbiological standards.Sampling of materials & performing routine analysis of different samples of materials & products with good documentation & proper record keeping practice.To conduct training on different microbial activities to executive, officer & process operators.To ensure that all works meet with all relevant SOPs & GMP/GLP guidelines.To carry out any other assignments given by the authority to meet the company objectives .Educational RequirementsMaster of Science (MSc) in MicrobiologyExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Pharmaceutical/Medicine CompaniesFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsCandidate must have at least 3 years experience in the same position.Practical experience for similar post of any reputed pharmaceuticals company will be given priority.Job LocationGazipurSalaryTk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
