This position supports senior leadership by handling daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. The role involves answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The Executive Office Assistant prepares documents, reports, and presentations, manages filing and records, and coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.QualificationsStrong phone etiquette and professional communication skills for handling calls and interactions.Administrative assistance and clerical skills, including scheduling, documentation, and record management.Ability to operate and manage office equipment and basic office technology.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, presentations).Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Prior experience in an executive or administrative assistant role is preferred.Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is an advantage.Key Responsibilities:Collecting and submitting documentsHandling bank, courier, government office, and other official workManaging and organizing office files and documentsHandling office purchases, deliveries, and errandsPrinting, scanning, photocopying, and basic documentationCoordinating with vendors, clients, and other partiesMaintaining office supplies and requirementsHandling field work and outside-office tasks when requiredAssisting management with day-to-day administrative tasksPerforming other office-related duties as assigned
