قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition: Office Manager / Executive Office ManagerNationality: Saudi NationalLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSalary Range: SAR 10,000 – 15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualificationsWorking Hours: Flexible, based on business requirements; may extend to 10–12 hours per dayTravel: Must be willing and able to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally when requiredJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Office Manager / Executive Office Manager to manage and oversee the office and administrative affairs of a prominent individual and the entities and employees operating within the associated organization.The role combines office management, staff supervision, executive secretarial support, premises management, official correspondence, and administrative and financial coordination. The successful candidate must be capable of handling confidential and sensitive matters with a high level of discretion and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Staff Management* Oversee and follow up on the work and assigned tasks of employees across the organization.* Ensure employees are performing their responsibilities effectively and on time.* Coordinate daily administrative activities and follow up on pending matters and action items.* Maintain an organized and professional working environment.Premises & Facilities Management* Take overall responsibility for the organization’s offices and other premises.* Supervise cleanliness, maintenance, repairs, supplies, security, and general readiness of all locations.* Coordinate with maintenance companies, service providers, suppliers, and other external parties.* Ensure all premises are maintained to a high professional standard.Executive & Secretarial Support* Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support.* Prepare, draft, review, and format official letters, correspondence, reports, and documents in both Arabic and English.* Maintain proper filing, documentation, records, and follow-up systems.* Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and other executive requirements.Government & Official Correspondence* Draft professional Arabic and English correspondence addressed to government entities, ministries, authorities, the Royal Court, and other official organizations.* Prepare appropriate responses, proposals, official requests, and follow-up correspondence.* Must have strong knowledge of the appropriate language, protocol, and professional style required for formal government communications.Financial & Budget Coordination* Coordinate internally on administrative matters related to budgets, expenses, financial requirements, and payments.* Follow up with finance and relevant internal teams regarding budgets and administrative expenses.* Maintain proper records and follow up on approvals and outstanding financial matters.Travel & Flexibility* Be available to travel within Saudi Arabia or internationally according to business requirements.* Maintain flexibility regarding working hours and availability based on the requirements of the office and the principal.* Be able to work extended hours when necessary, which may range between 10–12 hours per day.Qualifications & Requirements* Saudi National – mandatory.* Previous experience in Office Management, Executive Office Management, Executive Secretary, or a similar role.* Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.* Strong experience in drafting formal and official correspondence.* Previous exposure to correspondence with government entities, ministries, authorities, and senior officials is highly preferred.* Strong organizational, supervisory, and follow-up skills.* Good understanding of administrative budgets, expenses, and basic financial coordination.* Excellent Microsoft Office and general computer skills.* High level of confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple employees, locations, priorities, and assignments simultaneously.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.* Willingness to travel and work flexible/extended hours as required
