Location: ColomboReports to : Operations Manager Type : Full-time, permanent, On-siteRole overviewWe are looking for an Operations Executive who can manage running projects, own revenue reconciliation and deliver accurate MIS reporting for BIMA Sri Lanka's insurance and telemedicine business.ResponsibilitiesProject management: manage running operational projects end to end — plan, track timelines, follow up with internal teams and external partners, and report progress.Revenue reconciliation: reconcile collections across all payment channels (mobile network operators, card, wallet and retail partners) and resolve variances.MIS and reporting: prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations.Operations support: run deduction cycles, cover calculations for insurers, and SMS and retention campaigns.Coordination: work with the technology team on system testing and change requests until they go live.Qualifications2–4 years' experience in operations, MIS, reporting or project coordination.Advanced Excel; SQL or dashboard tools (e.g.

Power BI) are an advantage.Good PowerPoint and presentation skills.Experience in insurance, telecom, fintech or banking is an advantage.Organised, detail-oriented and confident working with multiple stakeholders.Key performance indicators

• Projects delivered on agreed timelines.
• Revenue reconciliations closed every month, with variances explained.
• Reports and presentations delivered accurately and on time.
