EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY | GENERAL DIRECTOR – INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLWe are seeking an accomplished General Director to lead a prestigious international school in Riyadh, with overall responsibility for the institution’s strategic, academic, operational, administrative, and financial performance.We are looking for an experienced education leader with a strong track record in leading and managing international schools, with the vision and leadership capabilities to drive educational excellence and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the school’s strategic direction and achieve institutional objectives.Provide executive oversight across academic, operational, administrative, and financial functions.Lead and develop the senior leadership team and foster a high-performance culture.Ensure high standards of educational quality and student and parent experience.Oversee budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and relevant authorities.Drive institutional development, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and policies.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in the education sector, with significant leadership experience.Proven experience in leading and managing international schools.Previous experience in a senior leadership position such as School Director, General Director, Head of School, Executive Principal, Education Director, or equivalent.Experience overseeing the academic, operational, administrative, and financial functions of a school.Proven track record of leading senior leadership teams and driving institutional development.Strong strategic planning, performance management, and financial management capabilities.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.Fluent English is essential.📍 Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIf you are an accomplished education leader with the experience and capabilities required for this level of responsibility, we would be pleased to review your profile.
