To support the implementation of organizational development, talent acquisition, and learning & development initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and attract, develop, and retain talent aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Development (OD)Support the implementation of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies and initiatives.Coordinate the annual employee engagement survey and support the development and execution of action plans.Organize and support employee engagement activities, culture initiatives, and corporate events according to the annual calendar.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Monitor OD initiatives and provide administrative and coordination support to achieve agreed objectives.Support performance management and other organizational development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.Talent Acquisition (TA)Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality recruitment.Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.Assist in implementing talent retention and diversity initiatives.Learning & Development (L&D)Coordinate learning and development programs from planning to evaluation.Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials, and participant communication.Support the implementation of leadership development, mentoring, coaching, and talent development programs.Work closely with HR Business Partners to deliver capability-building initiatives that improve organizational performance.Maintain training records and evaluate learning effectiveness.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.Experience in employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training coordination is an advantage.Experience using HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and recruitment platforms is preferred.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools is an advantage.CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.People-oriented with a passion for developing and supporting others.Strong planning, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Adaptable, proactive, and demonstrates a high level of accountability.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Myanmar.
