This role involves defining and executing the overall business strategy, including market positioning, growth initiatives, and partnership development. The Executive Partner and Co‑Founder will oversee sales and marketing activities, guide product and platform decisions, and help establish operational processes. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, engaging with key stakeholders and investors, building relationships within the diamond industry, and leading cross-functional teams. The role also requires active participation in high-level decision-making, financial planning, and long-term vision setting for Diomandz©®™.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data, financial metrics, and business performance indicators.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with partners, engage stakeholders, and represent the company externally.Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, or relevant trading industries.Research capabilities to evaluate market opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Entrepreneurial mindset with prior experience in founding, co-founding, or leading a high-growth business is highly beneficial.Demonstrated leadership skills, including team-building, mentoring, and decision-making in fast-paced environments.Understanding of or interest in the diamond, jewelry, or luxury goods sector is an advantage.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
