This role is based in Singapore and requires relocation, with extensive international travel across Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.You will accompany the Chairman and his family for business and personal engagements, providing seamless support and ensuring smooth operations across multiple global locations.About the RoleThis is a high‑exposure, fast‑paced position working directly with a global business leader.Responsibilities include:Managing and coordinating all aspects of the Chairman’s global travelTravelling internationally (up to 50%) to provide in‑country supportLiaising with aviation teams, pilots, and household managersOverseeing on‑site project management at international residencesManaging personal and business appointmentsCoordinating with offices in Singapore and DubaiLuxury product sourcing and personal shoppingSupporting a wide range of evolving private office and family projectsContributing to a warm, polished, and highly professional team cultureNo two days will look the same.
