While prior experience supporting a C-suite executive or Principal is preferred, we are also open to candidates coming from a strong firm or demanding team who have demonstrated exceptional organization, judgment, and the ability to operate with a high level of urgency and discretion.
This person will serve as a trusted partner to the Executive, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring both professional and personal matters are handled seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Professional SupportManage a complex calendar, scheduling, meeting logistics, and shifting prioritiesServe as a trusted partner to the Executive, proactively managing conflicts and schedule changesCoordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and last-minute changesCoordinate meetings, dinners, events, reservations, and other engagementsPrepare and manage expense reportsProvide light professional support to additional senior members of the investment team, including calendar coordination and expensesPartner with the broader administrative team to ensure seamless coverage and communicationPersonal SupportProvide primarily computer-based administrative support across personal calendars, appointments, travel, dining, and day-to-day logisticsCoordinate personal appointments and related logisticsAnticipate needs and proactively handle time-sensitive requestsHandle highly confidential personal and family matters with discretionOccasional hands-on requests may include arranging lunch or coffee, but this is not an errand-running roleIdeal Background5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, Principals, or high-performing teamsExperience in a fast-paced, demanding professional environmentStrong calendar management and domestic/international travel coordination skillsExceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughCalm, resourceful, and able to exercise sound judgment under pressurePolished and confident communicatorHighly discreet and comfortable handling confidential informationStrong Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly learn new systemsBackground in private equity, finance, family office, or another high-touch professional environment is a plusComfortable with occasional after-hours needs and checking email over the weekend when time-sensitive matters ariseThe Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be polished, proactive, highly organized, and service-oriented, with the maturity and judgment to operate independently in a sophisticated environment.
