We are looking for one highly capable Executive Personal Assistant to take full ownership of the Managing Director's professional and personal administration.If it reaches him, it goes through you first. This is a role of complete trust. You will be the single point of contact for the office, the household, the properties and the vehicles, and the person who makes sure nothing is ever missed, late or unresolved.WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The MD's calendar, meetings, travel, inbox and daily priorities
- Driving the MD to business and personal commitments across Dubai and the UAE
- All government and RTA transactions: vehicle registration, renewals, Salik, fines, Emirates ID, licence renewals
- Every recurring renewal: tenancy and Ejari, DEWA and utilities, telecom, motor, medical and property insurance, municipality and service charges
- Property matters: landlord and tenant liaison, maintenance, AC servicing, handover and snagging, building management, payment schedules
- Vehicle upkeep: servicing, registration testing, insurance, garage and valet coordination
- Appointments: medical, banking, government service centres, schools, personal services
- Vendors, suppliers and contractors: sourcing, comparing quotes, negotiating terms and holding them to price and deadline
- Errands, collections, deliveries and bookings: restaurants, travel, events, gifting
- A complete document and renewal register, with reminders raised well in advance
- Documents, presentations, correspondence, meeting notes and follow-up to closureWHAT YOU MUST BRING
- 3+ years supporting a business owner or senior executive as an EA, PA or Chief of Staff
- Valid UAE driving licence and confident Dubai driving. This is essential
- Currently resident in the UAE and able to join within 30 days
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- A proven record of negotiating with and managing vendors and service providers
- Exceptional organisation and the initiative to close tasks without being chased
- Professional business presentation and conduct suited to a client-facing role
- Working knowledge of RTA, DEWA, Ejari/DLD, GDRFA and MOHRE portals
- Confident with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business and scheduling tools

- Spoken Arabic
- Experience in a family office or private office, or with a high-net-worth principal
- Property or real estate administration background
- An existing network of reliable Dubai contractors, garages and service providersWHAT WE OFFER
- Salary up to AED 8,000 per month, depending on experience
