Executive Personal Assistant

A private high-net-worth family in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Private Estate & Household Manager to oversee the day-to-day care, organization, and logistics of their 6,300 sq. ft. primary residence.This is a unique, hands-on position for a highly organized and discreet professional who can seamlessly balance estate care, meticulous housekeeping, vendor management, family logistics, and occasional travel. As the primary domestic professional for the residence, this individual must be comfortable working independently and taking complete ownership of household needs.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and well-presented private residence, including deep cleaning and laundry.Coordinate and oversee household vendors, including landscaping, pool service, window cleaning, specialty cleaning, and maintenance providers.Handle household errands, stocking, supplies, and general estate organization.Assist with transportation and scheduling for two school-aged children, including travel baseball, soccer, practices, and overlapping activities.Provide light meal preparation as needed.Anticipate household and family needs and proactively address issues before they arise.Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.Ideally, travel approximately once per month to the family's secondary residence in Puerto Rico to clean, stock, organize, and prepare the property prior to family arrivals.Ideal CandidatePrior experience supporting a high-net-worth family, private estate, executive household, or luxury residence strongly preferred.Comfortable performing both hands-on household duties and higher-level estate coordination.Exceptionally organized, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to recognize when assistance is needed and when privacy should be respected.Comfortable working independently without day-to-day supervision.Professional and polished with excellent judgment and communication skills.Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background check.Flexibility to travel to Puerto Rico is highly preferred but not required for an exceptional candidate.What We're Looking ForThe right individual will view this home as their responsibility and take pride in keeping the household running smoothly behind the scenes.
