About the Role A leading Saudi organization is seeking an Executive Preparation and Reporting Senior Specialist to join its CEO Office. You will prepare the CEO for every meeting, engagement, and decision. You will review all submissions before they reach the CEO, make sure each one is decision ready, and track executive decisions through to execution. This role suits a professional who writes with precision, works with discretion, and holds senior stakeholders to high standards.Key Responsibilities Coordinate the CEO calendar and meeting schedule in line with strategic priorities. Prepare agendas, briefing packs, talking points, and presentations for CEO meetings and external engagements. Confirm objectives, decision points, and logistics for every executive meeting in advance. Review all CEO submissions for completeness, accuracy, logical consistency, and recommendation quality, and return material below standard. Structure decision options for the CEO with clear recommendations and defined trade offs. Record meeting outputs, decisions, and action items, and follow up with responsible units on execution. Maintain the executive decision register by owner, priority, and status. Prepare periodic executive reports on CEO priorities, decision progress, and active workstreams. Maintain confidential executive correspondence and records to full documentation standards. Recommend improvements to submission standards based on recurring review findings. Support and train junior team members.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of experience in executive reporting, a CEO or chairman office, executive secretariat, strategy, or decision support. CAP or CEA certification is preferred.Skills and Competencies Excellent executive writing in Arabic and English. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to turn complex information into clear, concise briefs. Strong attention to detail under tight deadlines. High discretion in handling confidential information. Confidence in following up with senior stakeholders.
