Aftab Bahumukhi Farms Ltd. is looking for Executive Production (Feed Mills Shift-In-Charge)Job Description / ResponsibilityMachines Efficiency to be controlled as per set target.Ensure Process loss/gain control as per set target.Spare Parts (Consumable)costing to be controlled as per set target.Initiative to achieve shifts production target.Ensure batching accuracy to produce quality product.Monitoring and ensure Dumping, Dosing, Mixing, Conditioning, Pelleting, Sieving and Packing.Posting Production data in ERP.Troubleshooting work during operation hour.Keep and ensure machineries efficiency.Maintaining register like Hammer mill, pellet mill, Dosing, downtime, Breakdown and various efficiency record.Staff management of Packing, Dumping, Extruder, Pellet mill etc.Take care in good condition of Machine tower, FG and RM warehouse.Handle and manage production labors.Communicate with other departments/sections for smooth production running.Any others job assigned by management.Educational RequirementsDiploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic EngineeringSkills Required: feed Mill OperationExperience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Agro based firms (incl.
